At EBERLE we do not leave anything to chance – we test everything, from the material to the final product – in line with your requirements and our practically-oriented quality management.
Our quality manual contains the requirements according to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016. This quality manual is the basis of everything we do. Our employees are involved and trained to be able to describe and implement all processes and quality management activities.
Excluded is chapter 7.3, Development, as we do not develop, produce and market products ourselves.
To ensure the quality of our precision turning parts at any time, EBERLE has a multitude of diverse, state-of-the-art measuring equipment, with which we can measure our turning parts already during production to an accuracy of 1 µm.
Every characteristic that has been defined in the test plan is captured via an SPC monitoring system, with various connections to CAQ software including test equipment administration, then stored and processed into statistical data.
Whether contour, hardness or surface roughness measuring systems, high precision form and position measuring devices, coating thickness measurement using X-ray spectroscopy, 3D measuring machines or the opto-electronic 100% inspection.

All actions and the implementation of the zero-error strategy, continuous improvements in all processes and the organizational development of the departments, serve the goal of increasing efficiency in production, improving quality and organization, and consequently being a competitive partner for our customers. Regular certification is an important part of our company philosophy in that process.
We are certified to IATF 16949:2016, the international high standard of the automotive industry, among others. Also to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and DIN EN 16247-1.
